Guest Registration

If you are an Expedia, Hotels.com or affiliate guest, you must first complete a 2-part registration prior to receiving your vacation home address and access codes. (Each vacation home address varies so you must complete this registration well in advance of your arrival in order to receive correct instructions)

Part I: Please complete the following registration and credit card information and submit to our office within 24 hours of making your reservation with your travel agent. The travel agent does not share this information so you must enter all fields correctly in order for us to process your registration. After this form has been processed you will receive an email at the email address you provide on this form. Please Note: The email address and credit card information must match the lead party on your reservation form from your agent.

Part II: You will receive a $95.00 (USD) email invoice from Florida Vacation Villas/PayPal. This invoice is for the mandatory $95.00 resort fee/cleaning fee which was stated on the travel agents website. In addition, if you have chosen any upgrades and if they have been approved by the manager, these charges will also appear on your invoice. You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You can simply choose the option to pay with your credit card.   Reservations of 3 nights or less require a $500.00 refundable damage deposit which can be paid with your MasterCard/Visa/PayPal account. Once you open the invoice and complete the payment you will receive an email receipt from PayPal confirming the payment has been received. Please note: The credit card you enter must match the lead name in your original reservation from your agent.

After we have processed your payment you will receive the address, check-in/out instructions and key codes to access your vacation home approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. For the safety and security of the guest currently staying with us, we do not provide the address until closer to your arrival, similar to the way hotels assign room numbers. You will be checking in directly at your villa, not a reception center therefore you must keep your directions and key codes with you when you travel. If your credit card is declined, your reservation will not be confirmed. Please be sure that you have adequate credit available on your card before submitting your registration. The credit card you submit on Part I of your registration will be kept on file as a security/damage deposit during your stay.

If you have not received your instructions & access codes within 48 hours of your registration, please check your email 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder. Various mail servers may mistakenly flag this important email as invalid.

Upon arrival please contact our office to notify us of your safe arrival. Please also review the guest information book located in the villa for important information regarding the features and uses of the vacation home, as well as other useful area information and local government requirements regarding trash pick up

  • All vacation homes are non-smoking. No exceptions
  • No Pets allowed. Strictly enforced.
  • Upgrades requested below are based on availability and are not guaranteed until approval is given by the manager and payment where applicable has been made.
  • Pool Heat option is a 5 night minimum
