• To request a personal quote for your vacation, fill out our  Rental Form and we will contact you.

To receive more information about our homes or to make your vacation reservation, please fill out our Rental Form and your vacation plans will be underway!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

• Check in time is 4pm or later on the day of arrival

• check out time is 10am or earlier on the day of departure

• Deposits may be made by: Mastercard, Visa or American Express, Personal, travelers, cashier's check or money order

• We try to honor requests for specific units but cannot guarantee them.  Should an emergency occur and a need arise to relocate you, Florida Vacation villas, Inc. will provide you with equal accommodations or refund the entire rental fee to you.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. 

• Pool Heat available for an additional charge - limited availability
• Games Rooms available for additional charge - limited availability
• All bookings subject to a $75 resort fee / housekeeping fee

Cancellation policy

• Once deposit is paid, it is non-refundable

• Once the balance is paid it is also non-refundable

• There is an additional charge for late check outs, after 10am to 4pm - ½ days rental.  After 4pm - full days rental.  If a late check out is necessary, it must be requested at time of reservation.  Late check out may or may not be granted based on availability and is at the sole discretion of Florida Vacation Villas, Inc.

Force Majeure

• The Owners and/or Manager’s of this property will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners’ or their managing agents control.
