WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

• Check in time is 4pm or later on the day of arrival

• check out time is 10am or earlier on the day of departure

• A deposit in the amount of $100 US funds is required TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING

• Deposits MAY BE MADE BY: Mastercard, Visa or American Express, Personal, travelers, cashier's check or money order

• Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival except for the dates of 12/15 - 1/1 of any year, where full payment must be received by 11/1

• All rates are based on: 2 person per bedroom, including children.  Based on availability, 1 -2 additional persons per home may use the sleeper sofa for an additional charge of $100 per week.  Each guest must be listed on booking request and confirmed by Florida Vacation Villas, Inc. at time of reservation.

• We try to honor requests for specific units but cannot guarantee them.  Should an emergency occur and a need arise to relocate you, Florida Vacation villas, Inc. will provide you with equal accommodations or refund the entire rental fee to you.

Cancellation policy

• Once deposit is paid, it is non-refundable

• Once THE balance is paid it is also non-refundable

• There is an additional charge for late check outs, after 11am to 4pm - ½ days rental.  After 4pm - full days rental.  If a late check out is necessary, it must be requested at time of reservation.  Late check out may or may not be granted based on availability and is at the sole discretion of Florida Vacation Villas, Inc.
