We began managing VACATION homes in 1990, since then our clients have enjoyed the benefit of a hands-on management company.  We have maintained a small company feel with the owners of the company only a phone call away.  With direct 24 hour a day contact to the owner of your management company you eliminate the hassle associated with companies who employ a large staff.  It is our goal to make you as comfortable as possible when you are thousands of miles away from your precious investment and valued family holiday home. 

Florida Vacation Villas is one of the original members of the Central Florida Property Managers Association, an organization whose purpose is to create uniformity and integrity in our industry.  We are also proud of being awarded one of Florida’s ‘Top Property Management Companies’ for the past  6 consecutive years, by the readers of ‘Florida Homes & Travel’.  This achievement has been made through a close relationship with our homeowners and continuous effort over the past decade to improve the quality of the service we provide and our willingness to learn and adapt.

We provide full service maintenance and Property Management including lawn care, pool care, insect control, and house keeping services as well.  In addition to maintenance we have always provided our clients with an easy to read monthly statement, which includes original documents from each of the utility companies providing services such as electricity, water, and phone.  We manage your financial affairs from our office, which is the postage point for all running costs associated with your villa with mortgage, property taxes, HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION DUES and SALES TAXES as the exceptions. 

Florida Vacation Villas provides full service support for your guests while in your villa.  Upon arrival to your villa each guest is supplied with an information folder and a complimentary welcome-pack, which includes coffee, tea, crackers, and other various snacks to help them relax after a full day of travel.  We personally register each guest the day after arrival to answer any questions that they may have about the villa.  During the registration process a security/damage deposit is taken via credit card imprint to be used in the unlikely event of any damages.  We also provide discounted attraction tickets to you and your guests.
