Your Florida accommodations are being provided by Florida Vacation Villas.  Please complete the following registration and credit card information and email to our office within 24 hours.  After this form has been processed we will forward driving directions directly to your villa.  Please note, you will be checking in directly at your villa, not a reception center therefore you must keep your directions and key codes with you when you travel.  If your credit card is declined, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given.  Please be sure that you have adequate credit available on your card before submitting your registration.

*Note:  October through April it is recommended to have the pool heated. Cost is $30 per night, payable a minimum of 7 days in advance of your arrival. If pool heat is added less than 7 days prior to arrival, a minimum callout fee of $25 will apply.

The credit card is to be used for the non-refundable $75 Resort Fee and any Upgrades chosen.  The credit card is also kept on file as a security deposit in case of accidental property/content damage or additional cleaning/trash removal.

 

** notice to Expedia guests - the resort / housekeeping fee is stated on the Expedia website with instructions by Expedia to contact the resort a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival to register for express check in and receive directions to the property.  Directions to properties vary.  Your vacation home address will not be allocated until 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure the safety and privacy of guests currently staying with us.
